This production of La Bohème was part of our 2026 Festival.

As revolution brews in 1830s Paris, an endearing circle of friends show us what it means to truly live—for art, for love and for one another. Puccini’s radiant score brims with warmth and wit before breaking the heart with one of opera’s most unforgettable tragedies.

This production of La Bohème, staged by David Geselson, made its UK debut at The Grange Festival. Richard Farnes conducted the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, with Isabela Diaz as Mimì and Luke Norvell as Rodolfo.
