We are recruiting for the 2027 Festival Chorus. The contract period is 3 May to 27 June 2027. As part of the casting process, these auditions will be used to cast small roles and covers (repertoire to be announced week commencing 5 October 2026).

We intend to expand opportunities for artist development. In the 2027 season, we will offer individual coaching, a cover showcase at National Opera Studio, cover music extracts on stage, professional development sessions including CV 1-2-1s, headshot offer, coachings, masterclasses and a possible small-scale schools tour in the autumn.

The basic fee for this contract will be £4,600 for eight weeks. Enhancements will apply for covers and small roles. Please only apply if you are willing to accept a chorus contract and are available for the audition dates and the full contract period. There will be no stand-alone roles or cover contracts.
